I find out what’s really going on

not every water heater problem means you need a new one.

Sometimes the problem is relatively simple. Other times, an older or inefficient system may no longer be worth repairing.

I start by inspecting your water heater, identifying the cause of the problem, and explaining what I find in plain English.

If a repair is practical, I’ll tell you. If replacement is the better long-term option, I’ll explain why and help you understand the choices available.

The right water heater depends on your home.

there’s no single system that’s right for everyone.

Traditional tank water heaters remain a reliable choice for many homes, while tankless systems can provide continuous hot water and save space.

Depending on your property, household needs, energy source, and budget, I can help you compare the available options and choose a system that makes sense for you.

I service and install gas, electric, tank, and tankless water heaters, including systems from major manufacturers such as Rheem.

Installation Matters Just As Much As The Equipment

even a great water heater won’t perform properly if it isn’t installed correctly..

A water heater is a long-term investment in your home, and proper installation plays a major role in how safely and efficiently it performs.

I take care to make sure connections, venting, drainage, and other installation details are handled correctly and that the system is set up for reliable everyday use.

When the job is finished, I’ll also make sure you understand the basics of your new system and answer any questions you may have.

Installing a modern water heater system

A little maintenance can go a long way.

regular service can help your system run better and catch small problems before they become expensive ones.

Water heaters work every day, usually without getting much attention until something goes wrong.

Routine maintenance can help improve performance, reduce buildup, and extend the useful life of the system. Tankless units in particular may benefit from periodic flushing or purging depending on water conditions and usage.

If you’re not sure whether your water heater needs service, I’m happy to take a look and let you know.
